Jared joined Norman & Young as a photographer in 2019 and became the CEO in 2020. Photography and videography have always been at the core of who he is. He loves capturing family moments and serving his local church behind the camera. Though he now leads the team, Jared remains hands-on and is always happy to jump in and help where needed.

Trent joined Norman & Young in 2018 and now serves as Managing Partner, overseeing daily operations and team growth. He is known for his hands-on leadership and is always willing to step into the field to support his team and showcasing what sets Norman & Young apart. Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Desirae and their three children.

Robyn serves as Norman & Young’s Administrative and Operations Coordinator with over 19 years of experience, bringing organization, creativity, and a people-first approach to everything she does. She is passionate about learning, problem-solving, and making sure every client feels supported and cared for. A wife, mother of two, and dog mom to three, Robyn brings the same heart and leadership through her involvement in church programs and community building.

Moises, known as Moi, is a DFW-based photographer passionate about showcasing some of the most stunning homes in the city. He loves exploring new areas and highlighting what makes each property stand out. When he is not behind the camera, he enjoys spending time on the disc golf course with friends.

Andrew, known as Drew, is a photographer with over 10 years of experience who approaches every shoot as a visual story. He has a passion for film photography and vintage cameras, blending old-school inspiration with modern creativity. Outside of work, Drew enjoys music, movies, and his vinyl collection.

Benjamin, known as Ben, has over two years of experience capturing stunning homes and unique properties. He is passionate about showcasing architectural details and creating imagery that feels refined and inviting, bringing an editorial eye to every shoot. Influenced by his love of sports and racing, Ben approaches each project with precision, timing, and creativity.

Emily has loved photography since she was 16, giving her nearly nine years of experience behind the camera. She brings curiosity, creativity, and care into every real estate shoot. Whether working on a property or a personal project, Emily’s love for creating shines through her work.
